About Us
Figure Eleven Systems Limited is a UK-based company specialising in the sale of firearms, ammunition, and associated equipment. We operate in full compliance with UK law and only sell restricted items (firearms, moderators, ammunition) face-to-face, to customers who hold the correct legal documentation.
Ordering Restricted Goods
We sell restricted items including firearms, ammunition, and moderators in line with UK firearms regulations.
- Face-to-Face Sales Only: These items cannot be shipped. All sales must be completed in person at our premises, a mutually agreed 3rd party location or through a registered firearms dealer (RFD) transfer.
- Required Documentation: You must present valid proof that you are legally entitled to purchase restricted items. This includes your firearms or shotgun certificate, or other documentation as required by UK law.
- No Certificate, No Sale: If you cannot produce valid certification at the time of collection, the sale will not be completed and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment Policy
- Payment Upfront: No orders are shipped or processed until full payment has been received.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit card payments and direct bank transfers.
- Deposits: For certain custom or international orders (see Section 7), we may take a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the order value.
Shipping & Delivery (UK Orders)
- General Goods: Items that are not classed as restricted can be shipped directly to your UK address.
- Restricted Goods: Firearms, ammunition, and moderators must be collected in person or transferred to another RFD for collection.
- Shipping Times: We aim to dispatch all eligible items within 2–3 working days after receiving full payment.
- Delays: Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to high demand, supply chain issues, or legal checks. We'll keep you informed if this happens.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things go wrong.
- Non-Faulty Goods: If you change your mind, you can return items (excluding ammunition and made-to-order/custom items) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense.
- Faulty Goods: If the item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days. We'll either repair, replace, or refund depending on the issue.
- Restricted Items: Returns on restricted items (firearms, ammunition, moderators) are not accepted unless the item is faulty or we've made a mistake.
- Custom & International Orders: These are non-refundable unless faulty.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped or prepared for collection (especially restricted items) may not be eligible for cancellation.
Rifle Builds & Parts
1. Estimates & lead times
All timelines, delivery dates and lead times quoted for AR-15 parts and builds are estimates only. Lead times may change due to supplier availability (including overseas suppliers and import/customs delays). We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, sanctions, or other third-party factors.
2. Finishes & colour matching
We make commercially reasonable efforts to match finishes (anodise, Cerakote, parkerise, etc.), but finishes sourced from different manufacturers or production runs may not match exactly. Colour and texture variations are a normal result of separate production processes and are not considered defects. If you require guaranteed colour matching across components we recommend selecting our full-system refinishing service (e.g. Cerakote full build) — this is available for an additional fee and must be agreed in writing prior to finishing.
3. Uppers supplied alone — function & compatibility
If you purchase an upper only, we do not warrant compatibility with every lower or third-party component. If you experience an issue with an upper purchased from us, you may return the upper only for inspection and functional testing. We will function-check uppers on a mil-spec test lower at no charge for the first inspection where the upper was supplied by us. If you ask us to inspect, troubleshoot, or test a complete rifle containing a lower we did not supply or build, additional diagnostic and labour charges may apply.
4. Service exclusions / refusal of service
We reserve the right to refuse to service, modify or otherwise work on certain makes or models at our discretion. To avoid public disputes we do not publish a public “blacklist”; instead we will notify customers if a requested service is declined and explain the reason. If you need to know whether we will work on a particular make/model before placing an order, please contact us.
5. Warranty and remedies
A warranty statement for completed rifles and components is available separately. Our standard warranty and any remedies (repair, replacement, or refund) are set out in that warranty document and apply subject to its terms. For clarity, T&C provisions (including exclusions for misuse, modification by third parties, and normal wear) apply to all warranty claims.
6. Sub-MOA accuracy guarantee
Where we expressly offer a Sub-MOA accuracy guarantee for a build, that guarantee is subject to the following minimum conditions:
- Accuracy is measured at 100 yards (or metric equivalent) using our test protocol (see below).
- The guarantee applies only when the rifle is tested with the manufacturer/brand and lot of ammunition we specify for that rifle (customer-supplied ammunition may produce different results).
- Testing is performed from a fixed benchrest under controlled conditions; shooter skill is not a factor in the test.
-
The guarantee excludes failure due to user modification, use of non-specified barrels/parts, improper maintenance, negligent use, or damage after delivery.
If a rifle fails to meet the guarantee under our test protocol we will, at our option, diagnose and remedy the issue in accordance with our warranty document. Details of the test protocol and the specific remedy (repair or replacement) are set out in the warranty.
7. Deposits, cancellations & non-returnable items
Custom builds and imported parts may require a non-refundable deposit to secure ordering and import. Order cancellation after parts have been ordered, shipped, or customs-cleared may incur charges to cover supplier fees, shipping and handling.
8. Liability & exclusions
Nothing in these terms limits liability to the extent prohibited by applicable law. Except where prohibited, Figure Eleven’s liability for any loss arising from AR-15 parts or builds is limited to the price paid for the goods or services giving rise to the claim. We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including loss of use, time, or reputation).
International Orders & US Imports
We offer a US import service for eligible items.
- How It Works: You place an order with us, and we consolidate multiple international shipments into one to save on cost.
- Shipping Fee: £39 flat fee or free for orders over £2,000.
- Consolidated Shipping: This method means that delivery times can vary and are not guaranteed. Delays are common and expected.
- Deposit Required: A 20% deposit is required to begin the process. This deposit is non-refundable once the order is confirmed and signed for.
- Signature Confirmation: All international orders must be signed off through our online system before import. This confirms that you accept the terms, including pricing and expected delays.
Age Restrictions
You must be 18 or over to purchase any firearms, ammunition, or other age-restricted items. We reserve the right to verify your age using government-issued ID or your firearms certificate.
Legal Compliance
You must ensure that any goods you purchase from us are used in accordance with UK law. Figure Eleven Systems Limited accepts no responsibility for misuse of products or failure to comply with licensing laws.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by:
- Delays in shipping or customs processing
- Misuse of goods
- Failure to provide valid documentation
- Use of products not in accordance with their intended purpose
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
