Effective from: May 2025
1. Who We Are
We’re Figure Eleven Systems Limited, a UK-based business selling firearms, ammunition, and accessories. Your privacy matters to us, and we’re committed to handling your personal data with care and transparency.
2. The Basics
We collect and store your information so we can:
- Process your orders
- Comply with UK firearms regulations
- Keep proper business and legal records
All the data we collect is stored securely in our business system, Odoo, which is fully GDPR compliant.
3. What Information We Collect
We only collect the information we need, including:
- Your name and contact details
- Shipping and billing addresses
- Firearms or shotgun certificate details (if required for your order)
- Your order history
- Your communication with us (emails, order messages, etc.)
We do not store your full payment details — those are handled securely by our payment provider. No personally identifiable information is ever shared with them beyond what’s needed to process the payment.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
We use Odoo to manage our orders, customer accounts, and communications. All data is stored securely in their system and only accessible by authorised staff within Figure Eleven Systems Limited.
5. Why We Collect Your Data
We collect and use your data to:
- Fulfil your orders
- Comply with UK law (especially around the sale of restricted goods)
- Get in touch with you about your order if needed
- Meet our legal obligations to keep records of sale (especially for firearms and ammunition)
We don’t sell your data. Ever.
6. Your Rights Under GDPR
Because we're based in the UK, your data is protected under the UK GDPR. You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask for your data to be deleted ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to how we use your data
- Request your data in a portable format
7. When Your Rights Are Limited
In some cases — like when you buy firearms, ammunition, or other restricted goods — we’re legally required to keep your records for a certain amount of time. This means that in those cases, we can’t delete your data even if you ask us to. We’ll always explain why if this comes up.
8. How Long We Keep Your Data
We only keep your data for as long as we need to:
- Fulfil your orders
- Meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Resolve disputes or issues with your purchases
After that, it’s securely deleted or anonymised.
9. Who We Share Your Data With
We don’t sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We only share your data if:
- It’s required by law (e.g. during a police investigation)
- We’re working with another Registered Firearms Dealer to transfer your order
- It’s needed to complete your order (e.g. delivery services)
Everyone we work with handles your data responsibly and in line with GDPR.
10. Cookies & Website Tracking
Our website uses basic cookies to make the site work and understand how people use it. We don’t use aggressive tracking, retargeting, or any invasive marketing tools.
