For customers who want to have a rifle that is as short and light as possible the Micro Streamer is a perfect option. At such a tiny size it almost delivers the feel of a muzzle brake, but still reduces the signature significantly and makes short rifles safe to shoot indoors without double hearing protection. The Micro Streamer is more like a blast shield, but it does also suppress sound effectively. It will deflect the sound forward instead of to the sides like a muzzle brake, making it significantly nicer to shoot along side.

Overview

The Silent Steel Micro Streamer is designed for shooters who want the shortest and lightest possible rifle setup while still wanting to shoot suppressed.

At just over 150 mm in length, the Micro Streamer adds minimal bulk to the rifle and preserves the handling characteristics of compact hunting rifles and short-barrelled platforms.

Rather than focusing purely on maximum suppression, the Micro Streamer is engineered to redirect and reduce muzzle blast, pushing the sound signature forward and away from the shooter and those nearby. This makes it a far more comfortable option than a traditional muzzle brake while still keeping the rifle extremely compact.

The result is a moderator that behaves almost like a blast shield, significantly reducing concussion and noise while maintaining the light, balanced feel of the rifle.
